On July 13, 2021, the rector of the Brest State Technical University, A. G. Bakhanovich, met with a graduate of the university, a citizen of China Shan Junda.
Shan Junda is the holder of numerous certificates and diplomas for excellent studies. He wanted to contribute to the development of cultural exchange between China and Belarus, and wrote the book “BREST - BAYAN-NUR. Far and Near Homeland”. This book includes the author's photos of iconic historical and natural sites of the two countries. A copy of the book was solemnly handed over to the rector of his native university with words of gratitude and appreciation.
Also, 20 books were donated to the university library.
Rector A. G. Bakhanovich noted that BrSTU attaches great importance to the cooperation with China in the field of education. Every year, dozens of Chinese students choose our university as their alma-mater, a place to start their professional and scientific career.
Alexander Gennadievich discussed with Shan Junda the directions of his scientific interests and invited him to continue his research in the postgraduate course of Brest State Technical University.
